PHOTOS UPLOAD 

  • "I'm having troubles uploading my photos / creating my order"

It should take about 10 secs to upload your 9 pics from your cell or laptop

If you have a low upload speed, a weak internet connection, or heavy pics (above 10 MB / pic) you could experience some delay

Don't panic! 😮‍💨 Try to wait 1-2 min

Next, make sure the size of your pics doesn't exceed 10 MB / pic, check your internet connection and refresh the web page, clear your browser cache, or try with another device

If you can't troubleshoot it yourself, contact us 🧑🏼‍🚀

DELIVERY 🚚

  • "Where is my order?"

Your order is produced and dispatched within 2 working days after you placed your order.

Our postal service partner is Royal mail and your order will be delivered to your mailbox within 2 working days (for Standard and Tracked delivery) or even within 24h00 if you choose the Express delivery 🚀

In that case you can monitor your delivery here with the tracking number shared with you per email in the fulfilment email confirmation https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. 

 If you still haven't received your order after 1 week, contact us 🧑🏼‍🚀

  • "Where is my tracking number?"

If you picked the Standard or Express delivery option at checkout, your shipment is not tracked 🤷🏻

If you picked Tracked, you'll receive the tracking # by email when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find the tracking # in the shipping confirmation email, contact us 🧑🏼‍🚀

  • "Can I add a note to my order for gifting?"

We currently do not propose this service, but if you lobby for it we will consider adding this feature! Just contact us to let us know 🧑🏼‍🚀

PAYMENT 💳

  • "Is my payment safe?"

Payments are made online with leading third party payment solutions. Orders can be paid by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal

The payment system integrates the most recent security solutions including certification PCI DSS and encrypted data according to the SSL protocol as to secure users’ data 🔐

  • "When will I be charged?"

    Your payment is processed immediately once your order is placed but the turnaround time can vary depending on your bank

    We reserve the right to cancel an order if a payment problem occurs

    In case of refund you will be credited on the bank account linked to the card you used at checkout. If you have any issue, please contact us 🧑🏼‍🚀

    • "Do you have promo codes?"

    We do promotional operations from times to times. Make sure you register to our newsletter (at the bottom of this page) if you don't want to miss out! 👀

    • "What is the shipping price?"

    The shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout and based on total weight of your order which depends of the type of magnets (small or large) and the number of magnet sets of your order. On top of the standard delivery (48h00) we also offer the express delivery (24h00) and the Tracked delivery at a differentiated rate. It goes from £3.95 to £7.95 for very large orders  🎁

    IMAGE OR PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE 😕

    • "I have encountered a product quality issue, what should I do ?"

      We have the highest quality standards and control the quality of our product at every step of the production process. However, a tiny proportion of products may  have quality problems. If you are unlucky, we will allow resend your products for free

       You just need to contact us and attach a clear picture showing the issue 🧑🏼‍🚀

      • "The pictures are incorrectly cropped and my daughter's head is missing !!"

        Our responsibility is to print the images exactly the way they were uploaded. Given the high volume of orders we receive we don't have the capacity to check all individual images uploaded by our customers so it is our customers' responsibility to make sure they have cropped the images in the right way. To crop the images in the way you love them please follow the 3 quick steps described in the product page. Orders with a cropping issue are not refundable as the images printed are the ones that were uploaded but if you are unhappy about your pictures please contact us and we'll find a solution for you to receive your order with the right images 👍
